Hello, My washing was making lots of sound from few days. So, I picked up my phone and registed a complaint with IFB customer care – Tkt No is 11742732 dated 28th Oct. A technician came, did something & informed us that problem is resolved. Before we could check, he had went back to his office and closed the ticket. When i called up the customer care asking them to reopen the ticket, they informed me that once a ticket is closed, it can’t be reopened. When i tried explaining the reason for reopening, the customer care personnel told me that I am simply eating his head. Only option available for me at that point of time was to register a new complaint which i did on 16th Nov(Tkt No is 11868818). After multiple follow ups(at different levels) some technician came & repeated the same process. Did some magic & went back to office saying “he will get a spring to fix it”. As expected he has closed the ticket & never returned to my house. I have called up the customer care today(30th Dec) & registered a new complaint. I am not expecting them to resolve the problem any time sooner
Replace the faulty machine with a new one at the earliest to put an end to this mental trauma
