My IFB washing machine is under Annual Maintenance contract. I reported a complaint on 16 Oct2014 at their call center number 08039004321 that is not working. However, the company has not taken any action to fix it. I keep reminding them everyday on their helpline and they say that it will be addressed. But still no action. My complain number is 14003047, my registered mobile no. is 8105271xxx.

IFB should address my complaint and repair the machine.
