A Complaint regarding leakage through the bottom of the washing machine was made on 03 Jan 2014. Despite the machine being in AMC, no repsonse other than registration of the complaint was undertaken.It is requested that the concerned service centre be directed for repair earliest.

rectification of the defect on fast track. Else complete refund of AMC amount.
