IFB Washing machine has not worked satisfactorily since its first purchase in July’2010 and has been down for more time than in service. The same has been repaired with replacement of components at least 15 times but the problem is not resolved. . The total history of machine can be well ascertained from the complaint log history of the machine against Registration Id 9899655463 Customer Code 2389157. We want replacement of the machine with a new one. The machine is registered in the name of SWATI JOHAR TANDON

I demand a Free Replacement of the machine which has been a torture for us for the past 3 years.
