We own an IFB washing machine and we have been renewing the annual maintenance contract to ensure trouble free service as promised by the company. The machine started giving serious trouble 3 months ago and we have had to call the company rep more than 10 times and solution is still not visible. Every time there is a new person who has a different diagnosis and problem persists even after the person has attended to the issue. Infact we have lodged a renewed complaint with the company 5 days ago and there has been nobody to attend to the complaint which the company claims should happen in 48 hours. To compound the issue, we get messages through sms from the company giving reasons like all service engineers are undergoing training programme and hence they cannot attend to customer complaint even 5 days after lodging the complaint.
As the company has not been able to fix the machine even after signing up for AMC, they should replace the equipment.
