Sir, I am the user of IFB Senator 6kg Machine from the last year. I am facing my problems the site of company, like service not done at proper time, change of parts at time & complaint to complete in 24 hours as per company rules. I am in very difficult situation why I have purchase the machine from this company. I have launch my complaint at bathinda office at Monday morning at 10-11am 8 July 2013, but no come is coming to clear the complaint. I am regular calling at the office to clear my complaint, still waiting. Mr. Amrit 9988537048 is the head of office at Bathinda is not picking the phoneI call him many times.

Sir, We are a job partner both husband & wife. We can wash our clothes twice in a week. A week clothes is not less. So we are facing too much difficulties to wash the clothes with hand, even there is loud noise from both side from our family.

What mistake I have done to purchase the Machine of IFB. If company will cannot satisfy our customer. why he is selling our brand to make a fool of innocent people, If the company has not the strength of the worker to clear the complaint. Company says that we can clear any complaint in 24 hours, but I will say that company will clear in 15-20 day to clear the complaint & we can call regular at Bathinda Office. No Good response we will receive at every call. Please give the legal notice to the company who ask that we can solve the complaint in 24 hours but if not what should fine be consider to the above company. Please also make some law for that company to satisfy the consumer from these companies. Please clear my complaint as soon as possible.
