I have purchased New Front load washing machine in last month. Model no is Sernorita VX – 6 Kg. However machine stopped working in about 10 days only. I registered complaint to IFB customer care on dated 9 th July 2013.Complaint number is 11074332. One IFB technician attended the complaint and not resolved the problem. Again in the same way same person came and again he tried to look at problem. He has done nothing. Then later he told us on phone that one part need replacement and will order. We tried to reach IFB customer care, but noe they are not attending taking our call and directly disconnecting. Still our issue is not resolved. We have taken brand new machine on IFB. I was thinking that IFB is best brand ( which is wrong?). Could you please look into the matter.
I want to attend machine default ASAP or would like to take replaced machine as we got defective piece from company.
