My bike no HP40B0249,met with an accident, surveyor survey the same, and got expense of approx 49000 to repaired it, but now when I have checked the status of my payment it is just approve 24793,policy no-85794711

they have paid less amount of appro 14000 as per other surveyor

i want ballance payment of approx 14000
