Vehicle No HR-55D-4528 insured to above stated insurance i.e. Policy No 74472555 met an accident on 10/11/2013 at 8.00 PM at ALIGARH UP and Surveyor and loss assessor Sunil Dhawan &Co.submitted his report on 30/1/2014 vide ref. No 735. I lodge two complaints 20th Jan. and 3rd Feb.regarding the claim settlement but till date IFFCO Tokiyohas not settled the loss and did not issue the loss amount i.e. Rs 44518.13. Please look into the matter and take immediate action.
