I have booked a plot of 120 Sq. Yard in Green Park-2 at Jalpura ( Noida Ext.) in Greater Noida of plot No-44 @ Rs.13200/- per Sq. yard.But Till date the area was not purchased by the IFI, which lay out plan was sent me by email. Now it was come in our notice that the said area was not related to the IFI Realty. The IFI makes us a fool and uses our money in somewhere else. I made a payment of Rs. One Lacs (100000/- only) at the time of booking on 24/11/2012 and another is of Rs. two Lacs Sixteen Thousand Eight hundred(Rs.216800/-Only)on15/01/2013. The IFI taken our money in the name of false land and made a scam. Now when we told to return our money they said that you can take a plot anywhere else location. The other location will not suitable. And the IFI denied to return the money with the interest rate, actually they want to deduct the payment up to 15% on my total payment made of approx. 25% ie. Rs. Three Lacs sixteen Thousand Eight Hundred Only (Rs. 316800/-only) till date.

My payment was stacked with IFI Realty P Ltd on a false land area. and they denied my actual money to return, although they enjoyed the interest on this payment for last 8 months. This is create a mental harassment to me with the financial harassment. I am totally disgusted with that kind of things.

I want to recovered my whole money with the applicable interest rate from the date of booking. I am not on a single fault, it is a land scam done by IFI realty P. Ltd.
