I’ve purchansed a premium plan for my family with amount of Rs. 9999/- for discount on Hospital expenses. During the call when the IHO representative called me then she confirmed that Pranaam Hospital, Miyapur, Hyderabad is also there in their partner list. Then I took the subscription. Later I went to Pranaam hospital then they rejected the card. Later I went to Rainbow Hopitals, Kondapur, Hydrabad. There alos they did not accepted the card. The I made call to IHO customer care then they replied that the both hopitals were not there in thier partners list. During the subscription they mislead me to make customer. Neither they did not explained cancellation policy not shared any documents before subscription. Now I asked them to cancel my subscription they are deducting Rs. 5000 as cancellation charges.

I want to get full subscription amount they charged back to my account.
