Respected Sir, Mr. Nobin (8451017xxx)contacted me to offer plan and told that if i pay 2500 Rs then Indian health organization (IHO) will convert my freedom plan in to health insurance plan and further will include my father and son name in the policy. I did not convince but their regular followed up won my believe and i bought the plan. After buying a plan, other employee of the IHO contacted and told about freedom plan that actually i have been using for 1.5 years and when i told them to convert it in to health insurance plan, they denied and accepted the mistake of their employee. And insisting me to deliver documents related to freedom plan which is actually does not give any benefit and quite expensive. Further they insisted me to but health insurance plan by paying 3500 rs for a plan worth rs. 7500. When i refused and asked them to return money.. they refused and completely inverted from all commitments and start saying that you bought plan that means you are responsible. I sincerely request to HON’able court to decide this matter.

I request to please convert my plan in health insurance as they committed. Please help us.
