My name is Amit Kumar Pandey, booked a flat C903 at 21st Milestone Residency on 17-Nov-2011, a project by IFCI Subsidiary, IIDL (Ifci Infrstructure Development Ltd.) at NH-58 adjacent to “Villa Anandam”. At the time of booking we were told to have all approvals for the construction were in place, however from latest information from GDA & other sources it seems the IIDL had always misrepresented the actual status of approvals & construction. Hence it appeared to be a clear case of mal practices & fraud which was never anticipated from a company of repute like IFCI /IIDL. With great disappointment i would like to file a complaint against IIDL & IFCI. They have fraudulently sell the flats to people without having proper approvals in place. There is no senstivity from the company regarding when they are going to deliver the project and the current status of the project. Flat alotee have not been given any information on latest proceeding being done by IIDL to remidiate the roadblocks of construction.

I need clear plan of action along with compensation for the false commitment & fraud.
