ill-legal deduction of money and no response from customer care

ill-legal deduction of money after every 10 days or a week.inspite of complaining customer care many times no response i recieved from them still my money is cut for different services which i have not purchased for . customer care don’t respond to my number they don’t pick my calls.i’m frustrated and tired of airtel service.
