today one internet pack has been introduced in my mobile no. 9862441057 without my request. similar things happened with my another mobile of my family no.8974268091. these were totally illegal and causing great financial loss. I am from Agartala, Tripura and after complaining local authority several times they do not care at all. so, I am planning to shift to BSNL, at least this sort of illegal things are not there. now, it is requested to refund all money deducted due to illegal intro. of pack to mobile nos as mentioned above immediately to prevent me to take legal shelter against your such corruption and cheating of customer. Hope you will give due attention to this complaint unlike our local airtel authority of Agartala, Tripura.
