I had joined the PG on 11/01/2014 and paid a rent of 5500 + 2000 (advance) in which 1000 was refundable at the time of vacating the PG. The PG is an Illegal Establishment and I chose to vacate as soon as i came to know about it. I chose to vacate on 19/01/2014. When I checked with the Owner about the refundable amount , She refused to pay back the promised amount. Tough i Stayed for a week, I ended up paying one full months rent and i was ok with it. But i am cheated as i did not get my advance back. Please Help

I want to have my money reimbursed that I paid as an advance. She had promised me the facilities such as TV, Cupboard and she did not provide any. I feel cheated and want my money back(advance only).
