i had sent a parcel containig some important document which i had given to the shop at cheeka office to deliver in kaithal dated 14 may 2010. but the documents are not delivered so far resulting i faced lose of money and respect. i had made contact to kaithal office and ambala office but no satisfactory response is given by different offices. kindly clear my grievance immediately in the form of penelty to the company and considerable compensation for my important time and mental harrasment.my receipt number is 188368074.
