Imposition of services by airtel

Airtel had been cutting money from my balance since august 2011. I got to know of it today when I recieved a msg saying that my airtel talkies subscription had been renewed and 10 rupees had been charged for it though in reality I had applied for no such service. I have never applied for any service so far. On calling the customer service center I got to know that they had been charging{1/day} since august n further, along with airtel talkies I had been subscribed for some airtel friends chat thing as well. Same as d other they had been charging {1/day}me for it as well since august. All this amounts to around 300 rupees which is a lot esp. with me being a student and thus having a limited source. It seems that to extract money airtel has started to stoop down to such cheap levels by forcing their good-for-nothing schemes on all irrespective of whether they want it or not. Its okay to provide services but it should be so if the customer has asked for it.
This forces me to think of changing my network connection. Also,this is not the first time and has also happened to others{esp. regarding hello tunes} as well.
Something must be done to bring an end to such problems. I wish I could get my 300 rupees back which had been cut for services that I never used and had no knowledge of.
