Improper installation by the LG technicians has damaged the parts inside the AC

We purchased purchased an LG Air Conditioner on 5th May 2011(date of purchase), 1.5 Ton Split A.C at Karimnagar Radio House, Karimnagar with an amount of Rs 25,000/-. At that time, the Air Conditioner was not installed properly by the technician which has resulted in the damage of the internal parts of the A.C. Hence it has been lying at the our home in a non working condition. And we got to know this only when our family had moved to their new house at Karimnagar in the month of January 2013. As we got quite disheartened to see the physical condition of the A.C, we immediately reported the same over phone to L.G customer care center and further sent an E mail to L.G Company seeking for the repair and re-installation of the A.C. As the L.G company did not act immediately corresponding to the complaint of the Complainant, we have been communicating over phone and through mails to L.G Electronics and seeking to get the Air Conditioner repaired and re-installed properly without any charges being levied upon him. I have also expressed my grievance and sought for immediate action from the ASM, L.G Electronics, Warangal and the Branch Manager, LG Electronics Service Center, Karimnagar. In this regard, I wrote several times to the L.G customer care, requesting its immediate intervention. They inturn have replied through E-mails that this issue has been forwarded to the concerned branch personnel and it requires some time to rectify the mistake done by its technicians while installing the A.C. But we have not been provided with any kind of assistance or action to repair and re-install the A.C till date. It is very much relevant here to state that the company is least bothered to take any action against the complaint of the Complainant with immediate effect. Whereas I have been constantly communicating with the O.P since Jan’13 with the sole belief that the O.P could provide immediate solution to our grievance. That the L.G company is alleged to have made deficiency in Service which has caused immense loss to me and my family members both physically and psychologically and more importantly we have not been able to utilize the product, i.e. Air conditioner, as it has not been in a working condition due to the inefficiency and negligence of the opposite party in providing quality services.
