I have brought GT-C6712 samsung mobile in october 2011 but that mobile is not working properly.when i m changing sound profile from silent to general still phone is not ringing.no videos can be played.But when switch off the phone and on it then it will work properly.what is the reason behind it even service centers cant able to find the fault so will you change the mobile or any other solution.I am waiting for your response please do the needful.
