This has reference to my admission to B Ed course for 2013-14 in RAJAT GIRLS DEGREE COLLEGE for which Deen Dayal Upadhayay Gorakhpur university has conducted the joint entrance examination and counselling. I am Sunita Chaudhary from Lucknow and i got the rajat girls degree college as chioce but due to my personal reasons i was not able to continue my course. I have already deposited the fee amounting to Rs 51350.00 in the account of Deen Dayal Upadhayay gorakhpur university thru a challan. I request to the college that kindly refund my fees as i have not even completed the procedure of admission in rajat girls degree college. But college had refuse to refund my fees and misbehave with me badly. they also tried to misguide me many times by saying that fees can not be refund onces it deposited. I want my fees refund in full as soon as possible. “During file complaint there was no option of rajat degree college in brand thats why i put an option as IMT in brand.without seletion brand i can not submit the complaint file.”

i want my money back of Rs 51350.00 in full which i had deposited in the account of RAJAT GIRLS DEGREE COLLEGE LUCKNOW at the time of procedure of admission in Rajat girls degree college.And also want case a file agaisnt the DEEN DAYAL UPADHAYAY GORAKHPUR UNIVERSITY AND RAJAT GIRLS DEGREE COLLEGE who many times misguide me and misbehave with me and said that fees can not be refund.
