We purchase two water heaters of Inalsa company from Harayana utensil Shop in sec 110, noida. We told all the details about the flat in which i am residing as it is 22 story building and we reside on 1st floor. The dealer suggested us to purchase Inalsa Geysers snd promised us to help in all ways if need be. From the very day the gysers were installed they started leaking badly. The dealer simply refused to listen anything saying that we will have to approach the company’s customer care. The person who came to attain the complaint was himself surprised to see both the tanks of the geysers were completely rusted from inside. Though he did not admit to this when we talked to the seniors about it. They changed the tank two times but the problem still exist. We have not used these gysers even for the day. Now the company wants us to upgrade both the pieces with the costly ones which according to them will work better. They want us to pay extra money and also bear the transportation cost. The reason they are giving is that the water pressure is huge, for which they also tried putting pressure volve which again did not work. My question to them was that in same circumstance with same water holding capacity why my other bajaj geyser is not creating problem. They do not want to listen anything. All my money has gone waste. The proceduce has been going on for one and half year now. No results at all. Please help us.

Geysers should be replaced without any charges from the customers.
