My airtel No. 9831221317. I received an sms from airtel stating “Rs 150=Rs 150 of full talktime on easy recharge. I recharged with aforesaid amount through online payment (Paytm). I got Full talktime on my number but it said validity 21-oct-13. whereas in the offer sms there was no information regarding validity, or to consult airtel regarding details or terms and condition.

I feel cheated. I recharged thinking i will use it according to my time. my usage is low, but now i have to unnecessary consume this Rs. 150 amount or this will be automatically reduced to zero on 22/10/13. It is a loss of total amount.

1 – remove validity clause 2 – If that is not possible, reimburse Rs 150/- 3 – In future give complete information about offers.
