i had paid rs 2,10,000/- as booking amount for a 2bhk flat in centrum park at sector -103 in gurgaon in may 09 by a chque. due to some committment at my home i requested company to refund my money on 19 may 09 by e-mail and 25 may 09 by a letter.
there was no reply from the company.
niw after three months company is refunding only rs 1,50,000/- after dedudcting rs 60,000/- citing some clause which was not known to me and i was intimated about it. sir pl help i am a defence officer and this is mu hard earned money.my customer id with the company is
