A new house built started in June 2009 as per the agreement to finish in a year from the time main door frame fitted.Contractor only has built the structure and do no further.The rest we ended up doing and the contractor asking for more and more money.He agreed to fit the main door by giving 2 lacs rupees but keeps the key of the door with him. We are planning to go and live in this house in a week time but unsure what more he is going to ask for.
