Dear Sir, I (manish Doneria) am applied for new domestic LPG connection at B S INDANE GAS SERVICE “Shop No.16, Super Market,”,GHAZIABAD,Uttar Pradesh,Uttar Pradesh,UP , phone 0120-2767328 dated 12 Dec 2013. After 1 month I received a letter from Dealer and I was contact to dealer on dated 10 Jan 2014 for new connection, and when I said,I have already hotplate and wants remains item only then the dealer said the hot plate is required inspection before connection. I paid to dealer for inspection was 250 rupees. And after 10 days when I contact to dealer than they said you have already connection and since the cylinder was found in your house because of that they don’t give the new connection. Since I was already give the affidavit for the same but they are denied to give the connection. For the same I complain your customer care and today they said the problem was resolve please go to the dealer they give the connection. But when I contact to dealer they are denied to give connection. I tried to contact nodal officer but no one attend the phone. Please take the action as soon as possible and also provide me the details.

I want to connection as soon as possible and also fined/punishment to dealer.
