This is regarding wrong bill calculation method of PNG by IGL But i doont fine the name of IGL IN brand name . some time they are not taking the reading and providing the bill at estimation but that time they are showing less consumption on PNG nad when they are taking the actual reading its indicate the high consumption and we have to pay in higher slab. they have customer care But they don’t agree to resolve the issue. if they have not taken the meter reading some time then they have to bill as other service provide are doing, they are consolidating the two bill and generating common for two billing period and deducting the amount submitted against estimated bill.please call me at 9811354574 for clarification of issue
I want to re calculate the bill for 5th Aug to 23rd Dec as common bill fro BP No 4000203378 and re calculate the bill for 16th Apr to till date as common bill fro BP No 4000208222 because they have not taken the reading since apr for BP no 4000208222
