Dear Sir/Mam, This is to bring to your notice that the LPG cylinder supplied to me (Order No. – 2000120598, Cash Memo No.-3000156086 was not as per the weight standard by Yadu Gas supplier, I told the person who came for delivery that it is under weight but he insisted that it is as per the weight standards, he also weighed it against a tempered measuring device. I am feeling cheated, that cylinder lasted for just 10 days, my normal cylinder run for around a month. This is highly unprofessional and consumer is suffering because of this. I guess agents coming for delivery are actually selling some kilograms of the cylinder gas just to make extra money which is illegal. Request your urgent attention to fix this issue.
