Sir, I really need your help with this. I am writing to complain of the poor service I received from your distributor M/s Madhavi Gas Agency, Shaikpet, Hyderabad bearing agency No. 750000000 1435114 on my last gas refill request dated 29/09/2013 delivered on 22/10/2013, that too on many follow ups. I want to inform you about the inappropriate rude behavior of the distributor owner Mrs. T. Madhavi and her daughter towards all the consumers approaching them to solve their problems. That the above gas agency is unable to carry out the normal services consumers are entitled for, they are unable to deliver the gas refills neither on time nor in the maximum time of delivery, laid down by the IOCL or having any responsible person to sort out the grievances of the consumers. The owner, her husband (Mr. Ramanuja Rao) and specially the daughter is inciting the consumers by caste (specially referring to the Muslims) and creating abnormal scenes which may escalate law & order problem. Above all they are also calling the police & misguiding them and using their influence on the poor people of Golconda and the surrounding vicinity. Such volatile behavior not only claims the rights of consumers, but also basic ethical and moral standards as well. This attitude discredits the head management of the company in the eyes of buyers and is unacceptable. Secondly, they are selling the gas cylinders to the customers @ Rs. 1050/ without raising the computer bill, just simply taking the cash. Because of this, such customers are unable to get the direct subsidy to their bank accounts and the situation became ruckus their within the agency compound. I’d be grateful if you could send a vigilance officer to see the scenario personally. I was annoyed that I wasted all three days continuously just to convey my message in writing that, I want the portability from INDANE to BHARAT GAS due to the hopeless services. Finally, I’m able to approach the owner’s daughter and handed over the request letter of Portability on 18/11/2013 along with the original TSV/receipts and as well as handed over two empty gas cylinders to one of the employee Mr. Dharm on 19/11/2013. But so far I couldn’t get the surrender voucher from them in order for me to get the connections from BHARAT GAS. I really appreciate your help in getting the surrender voucher and suitable action for their behavior.
