I am consumer of Indane Gas vide my Consumer No.23336 with Sidhu Gas Service. IOC (Indane Gas) has withdrawn the facility of online refill booking to me for the last more than three months (whenever it click on the refill booking I get the message “This service temporarily not available”), whereas the other consumers are enjoying the same. I have lodged several online complaints with Indane Gas vide Feedback Nos. 1568720, 1605867 and 1621525. But they have badly failed to redress my grievance.

The Indane Gas Deptt. be asked to resume the online refill booking service to me.
