My Consumer No. is 45448. I have booked my refill on 23.12.2013 But till date is not delivered. Phone is always busy. When I went personally on 9.01.2014, They said, they have received all booking date from 21 to 29.12.2013 on 29.12.2013 only from IVRS system. Further, they noted into register and told that refill will be delivered by 10.01.2014. But not delivered. When asked again on 11 Jan, It was told that by 13.1.2014, refill shall be delivered. But when I called today, They are saying that there is no stock in go down and delivery is uncertain.
