Sir/Madam, This is to bring to your kind notice that we are not getting the LPG cylinder from the above mentioned dealer of LPG on time from the last few months. I had received the SMS stating the details of cash memo number 3000065770 from indane portal on 09.12.2013 at 06:58:06 PM, but till today i.e. on 13.12.2013 the cylinder has not been delivered by them and it was said by them that they are not been able to process cash memo as their computer is not working. Today morning, my cooking cylinder exhausted suddenly resulting half cooked food. This incident happened last month also and my elder father had to collect the cylinder from the office of the agency. I had communicated on 26.11.2013 ( pdf attached)with indian Oil Corporation Ltd through their complaint portal asking them to let me know about their cylinder delivery time, but no response has been received from their end. Under such circumstances, my grievance against the distribution system of LPG cooking gas by IOCL as it is an essential commodity and how can a consumer like me be able to cook food without proper supply of cooking gas by our distributor

Please let me know the present distribution system after the cash memo being generated at IOCLs end and if the distributor agency refuses to supply the same at their discretion or not?
