sir, I have been booking cylinders by online for the past 2 years and it was supplied regularly, recently i booked the cylinder the same way and they are not sending the cylinders stating that online booking is not accepted. my booking reference is R1311161175643224 dated 16.11.2013 . booking history attached. i complaint the same to indane help line 18002333555 on 7th Nov for non receipt of cylinder and the complaint no is 1138403 In response to the call centre Complaint, today i got a call from the agency stating that you have not booked at all and thay are refusing to sent the cylinders. They have not informed me that we should not book REFILL in on-line nor given any notice. Request you to take action to send the cylinder for the one i have booked on-line. thanking you in advance.
