Sir, I had applied for new LPG connection on 3 sep 13 vide wait list id 5580262. After 3 days the connection was cleared online and I was directed to submit the documents to distributor , when I approach to the distributor they said , not need to submit the documents your connection will release after 6 months. As per the citizen charter sould get connection with in 30 days. but I did not got the connection till to date. i have registered compliant on the bharat gas portal(vide compt no 40216971, 40217340 and 40237494) , but no reply. plz suggest what to do
