I Have order a refill of LPG gas cylinder on 19/02/2014 online with reference no. R1402192449812887. I have not received a delivery of my LPG Gas cylinder i.e. on 13/03/2013. This is not the first time i m facing the problem it has occured more than 4 times.

Now i have to go to the agency and have to book my cylinder and take it from there godwon somewhere in zirakpur. It cost me my petrol charges as well as time.

I should be given 2 refilled cylinder now as my second cylinder also get empty. I just want them to deliver on time in further period of span.
