I have raised a complaint to refill my empty domestic gas cylinder. the delivery boy asks for tips every time he comes with the refilled cylinder. when I talked to the agency they told me not to handover any tip. usually the agency used to deliver the refilled cylinder within 2-3 days of making the booking. this time it’s been more than 12 days. No body even picks up the phone and the IVR doesn’t work properly as well.
