Forcing to buy accessories (Stove, Pressure cooker, Mixer Grinder & more) for new connection even at the time of transfer also. Over charging in the name of Admin., installation, Hot plate inspection which are not mandatory at the time of transfer, as per the IOCL website. It clearly mentioned in their web that admin/confirmation charge is nil for TV. But they are imposing Rs. 50/- forcibly. Otherwise your case will be held for unlimited time span. Some middle men are there to collect additional amounts in the name of other charges also without providing a receipt.

At the time of reconnection of my TV I’ve paid more than Rs. 300/- unnecessarily & they hesitated to provide any receipt against them. out of Rs. 4040/- the bond itself was bearing an amount of Rs. 2650/- & the rest was without receipt. even the receipt against the refill at that time also was not given to me. Further at the time of Transfer they imposed a sum of rs. 50/- for TV, wich is mentioned in their web as nil. In addition to this my friend is also sufferring to have a new connection because of the forcing to buy the accessories at a 3 times higher price as compared to the local market.
