1. At 1445h today, on 15 Jan 14, two deliverymen (Pappu and Ravi) from Shree Radhe Indane, Gwalior came to deliver a fresh LPG cylinder at our residence. The empty cylinder was overweight by 500 gms (16 Kg as against 15.5 Kg). 2. When we tried to take a photograph of the weight as displayed on the weighing scale, the deliveryman Pappu began to misbehave and tried to take the filled cylinder back, stating that he was cancelling the delivery for us. Then the owner of Shree Radhe Indane, Mr Shukla also misbehaved and threatened my husband on phone and stated that taking photograph of the cylinder or the weighing scale was not allowed. He then asked us to return the filled cylinder supplied today, as he had cancelled the delivery for us. 3. When we complained to the IOC Sales Oficer, Mr Mayank Shivhare, he also argued on behalf of the dealer; and stated, “Empty cylinder is just iron. Why do you want to weigh it at all ? When reminded that an overweight empty cylinder meant that less gas was supplied in the said cylinder, he replied that the empty cylinder’s weight did not matter and nothing could be done even if it was overweight.

1. Action against Shree Radhe Indane, Gwalior on account of deficient services and misbehaviour with customers. 2. Action against Mr Mayank Shivhare, IOC Sales Officer at Gwalior for failing to act even on repeated complaints against Shree Radhe Indane, Gwalior, and also unfairly advocating on behalf of the said dealer.
