Indane Gas Termination Voucher-200000040571403 dated 18-02-2014 is not being accepted at Hawalipur,Modanganj, Jehanabad. Distributor said : they are not authorized to accept transfers. We should contact them in April. This is ridiculous. What should we do until April. Moreover, what is guarantee that they are going to offer services in April. They also site that our residence is in Nalanda District. Therefore, we are not entitled for services. They provide connections only to residents of Jehanabad district and that too residing in Modanganj Block. This logic is beyond our reasoning. We are not a new customer. We have got our connection transferred. Also, Hawallipur is nearest (13Km from our home in Mandachh, district Nalanda) and convenient (in terms of transport–good road exist till Hawallipur). We lodged complaint on indane gas web portal on 20-02-2014. See complaint registration number-1266784. However, we have not seen any serious action being taken to rectify this problem.

We demand amount equal to difference of gas priced at market level and price of subsidized gas provided over one cylinder for each 40-days (365-days/9-cylinder=40days approximately) of laps and proportional amount for less then 40-days.
