Dear sir/mam, i would like to draw your attention towards persistently pathetic gas services being provided by the indane gas distributor M/S BALI GAS SERVICE, Ravidass Nagar, Nawanshahr,Punjab. The complaint pertains to: 1. extreme negligent, Unresponsive and unfriendly behaviour of staff including the owner towards customers. 2. Not complying with stipulated time period to deliver the gas cylinders. 3. Overcharge 22 Rs. as extra amount per cylinder on the Net Amount( which is including VAT). i want to lodge the complaint on the behalf of my senior citizen grandmother having having customer number: 7000000001314022(JG-14598), by whom the gas cylinder was booked on 29-10-2013 and delivered on 27-11-2013. during this span of time a number of visits were made my grandmother and my father to the gas agency office. my father also contact owner of gas agency Mr. Rajesh Bali on his mobile 98550-07698, but the owner perhaps didn’t felt the necessity of picking up the phone. there are immense irregularities subjected to customers that actually voids the definition of public sector gas agency. The owner and staff is so unresponsive and unfriendly to deal with. they seems no more willing to sustain good consumer and service provider relationship. i have personally tried to approch the owner of the BALI GAS SERVICE, Mr. Rajesh Bali at 919855007698, who resides in other city(Mohali) than the actual city(Nawanshahr) where the BALI GAS SERVICE agency is situated, to have an eye on the whole matter. But ironically, the owner doesn’t even felt the need to respond to my phone. there might be any black marketing of gas cylinders going on due to such prolonged delivery of Gas cylinders to the customers. i want the concerned authority to take the effective action against the defaulters(BALI GAS SERVICE), so as to maintain and encourage the integrity of the customers.
i want concerned authorities to verify the whole details and initiate appropriate action against defaulters.
