in the month of july 2013 i have recived a gas cylinder. after few days when i tried to use this perticular cylinder i got to know that this cylinder is filled with water.immediately i complaint this to my gas provider agency.till the date i am doing this mail i called so many time to this k c gas agency.i personaly visited also but till the date my problem has not been solved by this agency.

a damage cylinder and useless cylinder is in my house.i have paid the perticular amount for this damage cylinder.

i just want to replace the damage cylinder.
