Indane LPG Cylinder Refill Not Given

consumer no-20960. Indane Gas LPG Refill booked on automated booking system on 8-2-15 ref no-382390. cash memo generated on 15-02-15 is 3000364374. This was cancelled without any intimation and no reasons provided. Booked another refill on 22-2-15 ref no.394252. cash memo generated on 25-2-15 is 3000378647. This one is also cancelled , when I checked the automated booking system on 27-2-15. If called on the numbers for the agency, the number is always busy.

This is the 3rd instance of such issue and speaking to the people in the gas agency is reaching deaf ears. No one shows any kind of responsibility towards this and just asks us to book it again when we go in person and gives the filled cylinder. Why should a consumer go through this pain?

Action again the agency and the delivery person. Improve the automated system to include reasons for cancellation. Telephone lines to know the status of the booking to be centralised, to give customers the value for the service.
