Dear Sir/Madam, We are having Indane LPG connection (Domestic) subscribed under my mother’s name (Smt. Kalpana Mondal). Consumer No for the same – 1658. Distributor’s Details as below – M/S RACHAYETA INDANE GRAMIN VITRAK, VILL:KURHMUN, POST – KURHMUN, DIST – BURDWAN, PIN-713102, Phone No – (0342) 23100xxx. Now, coming to the problem – When I am trying to book the connection through the Indane automated IVRS system i.e. +919088324xxx it’s asking for the distributor’s phone no. I have given the phone no which is enclosed with my Consumer Card but it’s saying that no distributor is registered with this no (0342-23100xxx). I personally as well as my mother tried to call the distributor about this problem but they are not at all co-operating with us and completely avoiding the fact that this is really problem with our daily cooking stuffs.
