I have ordered movie on demand at 1.30 by DishTV site for the movie I want to see Happy New Year. I was expected to see the movie at 2.00 pm. I was eagerly waiting to start the movie. When the movie does not start at Called Dish to order again. But again I was disappointed. So I ordered movie by SMS. The SMS charges Rs. 5. but movie does not start. When I called to dish TV customer care they told me to wait for hour to start the movie. I asked them to refund the amount I did not want to see the movie, they rejected my request. At 2.45 pm movie started. Half of the movie was completed.

I want refund of the amount.
