indian health organization, (IHO) told me that if i buy their PREMIER HEALTH CARE PLAN, I can avail discounts in my medical expenses in many hospitals apart from KAMINENI and APOLLO HOSPITALS in hyderabad. After buying the product I have realized that there are not much hospitals that they cover. On 4th of june I have opted to retract from IHO. Ms.Rajini from IHO offered me 3000 INR money back as compensation and offered to continue with their services. She also suggested me that further on I must call IHO, confirm the hospital empanelment and only then take their services. On 6th of june at 9pm, I made a call to IHO for pediatric doctor and they have suggested me to approach INNOVA hospital. Even though that hospital was 20 kms away from where I stay, I have travel all along with my 4days old daughter expecting some discounts from the hospital through IHO. But when I reached INNOVA hospital, they have refused to accept IHO membership. After this incident I am no longer interested in IHO member ship which I have been asking them to cancel. I have called them 8 times in all. But they have called up only 2 times and the last time they said they will call me back before a month but they never did. I have bought this membership On hdfc credit card on EMI basis. But I realized recently that IHO have cancelled my EMI option because they had to refund 3000INR and charged me 6000 INR through HDFC directly with out informing me. This has burdened my monthly expenses. All their practices are forcing me to retract from their membership.
i want my entire money back with credit card interest that i have paid for 9500 inr.
