Dear Sir, The AWB No. for Return Order no.:12381511, Complaint Id:1462560 is CB001378765IN Courier Name: India Post Registered Parcel Service. The return shipment is sent on 13/03/2015 delivered on 18/03/2015. I received an SMS from your side that the consignment is not delivered but it is already delivered to you. Please ensure a speedy refund of paid amount to the channel through which the payment was made.Also, refund the cost incurred of Rs.135/- on the shipment charges. I also called the customer care executive twice today (09/04/2015) but no satisfactory information was received from their side.
