Respected sir my name is Rahul Kumar , booked an important document by speed post on 25 th of Oct for purnea but document not delivered yet , while tracking consignment on website it is showing data only up to 27 the that item is bagged for nsh Patna on 27 and then no details . The item on the above consignment us very important and delivery before 2nd of November was very much important to me so i complained regarding this to their website and also e.mailed to their senior officers about that 4 days ago but they just forwarding my mails to one another keeping me in CC and document not delivered yet . consignment no – EM372398470IN , complain registered regarding this complain no – 10005941588

I had to submit a form that is in envelop and my father was their on my home to submit that doc to purnea ho , document submission last date is 7th of this month but my father is not their now to submit and mom cant submit , form price is 400 rupees and 67 rupees of booking that speed post so my total loss will be – 467 rupees
