I had Ordered a Lenovo S820(8GB) mobile phone on 9th April 2014 and payed the bill online.Expected delivery date was on 17th .But have not received the product so far.I had contact the Customer care people and wrote mail as well.As reply they apologized for the delay and informed to deliver the same on 29th.But till to the status of the order is not yet changed to shipped from Inprocess.I had raised many case ID in there portal and waited almost for a month,but other than excuses and delay i have not got my product yet.
Either Lenovo S820 phone or my cash back at the earliest.
