I have ordered one retial banking book from india times shopping on 15.5.15, order no is.3005118121. I received a call on 18 may that the book is out of stock so they will not deliver to me. I look on their website and that book is still available for purchase. If it is available then how they can deny to deliver the book after receiving the payment.

I just want them to deliver the book to me anyhow because its still showing available on http://shopping.indiatimes.com from where i had ordered the same book.
