Hi As per email I received from HDFC if I pay my insurance I will get 15% gift voucher from India times shopping, got really excited by this I made big mistake and paid my insurance before due date. Now from 1st of January I am calling HDFC customer support to get my gift voucher. Every time I called them, they will say they are tracking my case as their own and will get back to me within two days and its been 30 days I am yet to receive any call and every time I have to call them. For reference they have given two number I dont what they are for 14016342067(On 16th Jan) and 14027947027(On 27th Jan).

I want my gift voucher as soon as possible
